Drive

In principle and for safety reasons it is recommended not to drive during the 2 weeks following an intervention on the foot or ankle. If the intervention requires the installation of a plastered boot and a discharge on crutches, it is recommended not to drive for 6 weeks. You are legally allowed to drive only if you are able to put your full body weight on your foot. Exceptions can be discussed individually in the case of an automatic gearbox vehicle and when working on the left foot only.
